Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
Lucky Shot Firearms ships within the United States only. Due to federal and state regulations,
we cannot ship to certain states or jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for knowing their
local laws before purchasing.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days, depending on availability. Customers
will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS with standard and expedited options
available at checkout. Some firearm-related items may require specific carriers due to legal
restrictions.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping times may vary due to location, carrier delays, and legal processing
requirements.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Additional fees may apply for oversized or restricted items.

6. Firearms & Restricted Items
Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Customers must
provide the receiving FFL’s contact information at checkout.
Certain firearm accessories, ammunition, or other regulated items may have state-
specific restrictions. Orders that do not comply with local laws will be canceled and
refunded.

7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales on firearms and ammunition are final.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lucky Shot Firearms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once
shipped.
If a package is lost or stolen, customers must file a claim with the carrier.
For damaged shipments, please contact us immediately with photos and details.

9. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Lucky Shot Firearms, customers must agree to our shipping policy
and terms at checkout. This includes acknowledging firearm restrictions, FFL requirements,
and shipping liability.
